The staff at the hotel were unprofessional and rude, making my stay uncomfortable. I noticed that the room was dirty with noticeable dust and debris on the floors. Additionally, there was an evident lack of basic amenities, like fresh towels, which made the experience even more frustrating.

The location is fantastic, close to the beach and restaurants. The bedding in our Double Room was very comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep. The cable options provided entertainment for downtime, and the community vibe of the hotel felt welcoming. However, the morning receptionist was rude, which left a sour impression. The room cleanliness was lacking. we found sand on the floor upon arrival, and the bathroom had roaches. Fresh towels were requested but never delivered. The overall maintenance requires attention, with a few facilities showing signs of neglect. It's disappointing because a little more effort in service could enhance the stay significantly.

The room I stayed in had a clean pool which was refreshing after a day out. The accommodations were affordable for the family, and I appreciated having a microwave and refrigerator in the room. The bay view from the room was a great bonus too! 🌊

Stayed for 2 nights in a Premium 2 King Bed. The room was spacious and super clean, which I appreciated. The views of the bay were stunning! The front desk staff was welcoming, making check-in a breeze. It was a bit old but well-cared for. Also, the pool was nice and clean, perfect for relaxing after the beach.

The location is fantastic, just a short distance from the Aquarium at Rockport Harbor! Our room had cable television, which kept the kids entertained when we weren't at the beach. The gentle sea breeze made our stay nice and relaxing.

My wife says that the rooms need better upkeep.

The bedding was super comfy, really nice to sleep on! The shower was clean, and I liked the cable options. Only thing was, the pool cleanliness kinda surprised me, could be better. Plus, they had some decent coffee options in the morning, which was nice. Just a bit outdated overall.
